Il Richiamo delle Corse is a cinematic short from the ICE Driving Experience that captures the spirit of motorsport and driver camaraderie. The piece artfully interweaves historic reference, present-day track action and participant stories to create an evocative portrait of the event. DNG Consulting Group, worked closely with the production to deliver targeted talent coordination and comprehensive event logistics throughout the shoot. For talent coordination DNG identified and engaged on-screen participants including competitive drivers, classic-car owners and supporting presenters; managed contractual releases and clearances; produced detailed call sheets and rehearsal schedules; and coordinated participant transport, accommodation and on-site briefings to ensure authenticity and punctuality. The team also handled archival and historic-reference permissions required to incorporate period imagery and interviews into the film. On the logistics side DNG provided circuit liaison and schedule integration with the ICE Driving Experience team, secured paddock and pit access, arranged marshal and safety cover in line with motorsport regulations, and organised vehicle handling support such as refuelling, spares and dedicated technician presence. Production-facing services included site layout planning for camera rigs and support vehicles, supplier procurement for catering and accommodation, risk assessments and insurance coordination, and real-time on-site management during filming days. The result was a tightly run production environment that allowed the filmmakers to focus on capturing emotive participant stories and dynamic track sequences while safety, timing and participant experience were consistently maintained.
