What to include in your enquiry To process requests quickly, include the following in your submission: preferred event date and provisional timings; expected number of delegates; company name and billing contact; a short description of the event or collaboration; any technical, catering or accessibility requirements; and whether press access or a partnership proposal is being requested. For press access, state your media outlet, role and press accreditation details. For partnership proposals with Rossocorsa, attach a one‑page summary or slide deck and indicate your proposed scope of collaboration. Booking and confirmation process On receipt of your completed form we will check availability and reply with a provisional booking and pricing within two working days. Confirmed bookings will receive a written confirmation, an invoice and a summary of next steps including site logistics, risk assessment requirements and on‑site contact details. A deposit is required to secure most bookings; payment terms and deposit amount will be confirmed in your booking confirmation. Payments, cancellations and amendments We accept bank transfer (BACS), credit card and company invoice arrangements. Payment terms will be specified on the invoice. Cancellations or reductions in delegate numbers should be notified in writing. Cancellations made more than fourteen days before the event are eligible for a refund less any agreed administration fee; cancellations within fourteen days may forfeit the deposit. Amendments to bookings are handled on a case‑by-case basis and may be subject to additional charges. Site visits and accessibility Site visits to our facilities are available by appointment. Please request a visit via the form and include preferred dates. We are committed to accessibility and will provide details of venue access, parking and any reasonable adjustments needed to support delegates or visitors. Press and partnership enquiries Requests for press access should include event name, date, contact details and proof of accreditation where applicable. Partnership proposals, including those referencing Rossocorsa collaborations, should outline objectives, expected deliverables and any financial considerations. Proposals will be reviewed by the DNG Consulting Group partnership team and a member will be in touch to discuss feasibility and next steps.
